TOBY POTTER is the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Memberof Fund Manager and Investment Advisor. Mr. Potter is experienced financial lending and real estate professional who has been operating in the industry for nearly 30 years. He is the CEO of Global Integrity Finance LLC.
He was previously the President of Imperial Mortgage Corporation, which he launched in 1994. After generating $4 million the first year, Mr. Potter grew the business to more than $89 million. He became the go-to mortgage company in Dallas-Fort Worth, catering to home builders with buyers who did not qualify for traditional mortgage loans. Additionally, Mr. Potter worked for seven years as the Director of Business Operations at Re/Max Imperial. In this role, he hired real estate agents, developed marketing strategies, and created connections with buyers. Mr. Potter led a team of 27 employees and managed a $200,000-per-month budget.
Mr. Potter holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Northeastern State University.
